Richards, Hossa, the dude Philly got from Tampa are all passengers this year and have not impacted the new teams. 
based on that quote can we assume those are teams he was approached about waiving for?

not true, we were in the playoff picture then, he could have added what we needed to make the playoffs, you never know. |
