I don't have a link yet, because this is happening right now.
Buffalo Police pulled over a man on the I-190 (which runs along the Niagara River). The driver was armed. The road is now closed in both directions and the Police are in a stand-off with him.

This is still going on. I'm still watching it live.
The have a clear shot of him sitting in the truck, with a gun, talking on a cell phone.
I can't believe the people out there watching it on the scene, with thier kids.

I-190 Standoff Ends; Florida Man Undergoing Psychiatric Evaluation
