Cool. one of my pet peeves was manufactures sticking classic muscle car names on new cars that had nothing muscle about them. That has the look and HP of a muscle car. Not really my thing mind you but my wife will no doubt want one first time we see one on the road and be bugging me about what kinda car that is and what do they cost.

Nice. Looks like they're really going back to the 60's and 70's muscle cars for the lines of the new ones. Wonder how long before GM makes a new Chevelle...

I've been keeping an eye on this one since the concept car was revealed. Brilliant job with the design; a $37k MSRP is grossly over-priced though.

I don't see Chrysler moving many of these considering you can get a comparably equiped Mustang for $26k.

It's a niche market car & it's going to be difficult for Chrysler to re-coupe the cash invested in its design & production, unless they can offer some monster incentives to broader market.

Otherwise, the average-wage earning enthusist is better served going after a 1970 - 72' Dodge Challenger.

Mad

Is this not performance wise more inline with a Stock Vette than Mustang? 427hp is a lot of power for a stock car under forty grand.

Fair enough, but 427 HP isnt very useful when the electrical craps out every 5,000 KM...

'cept the 70s rigs had crappy suspension and steering.
Better serve to pony up the $80K and get the Nissan GTR.
Have you folks seen the review in Car and Driver?
4WD and over 500 HP, apparently its believed with some minor mods you can get 600 and smoke cars costing 2-3X as much.
