I checked in at 218 lbs just the other day! I was 236 lbs when I stepped on the scale Jan. 1st.
I'm fuckin' bad to the bone baby!!!!!!!!!! 
I've been running, going to the gym & am cut like a Greek God now! Women can't keep there hands off me. Everywhere I go; it's just the same thing ... "Oh Butchy .... Oh .. OOOOOOO OOOOOOOOO !!!!!

Av, why are you trying to lose weight?
I am 5'9" and 175 ... for years I couldn't gain weight if I tried
Last year at this time I was 184, and I had a nasty beer gut
At least, I thought it was the beer
I stopped eating so much off the Roach Coach, and dropped 10 lbs almost instantly
Now I can drink even MORE beer
My health insurance says I'm still 10 lbs. over my ideal weight
I disagree, I think 175 is good for me
Most people think I'm skinny at this weight
Hell, most chicks I know thought I was skinny @ 184
Though, I know if I stopped drinking beer I would gravitate to 166
I was @ 166, give or take 10 lbs., forever
My weight would fluctuate by 10 lbs sometimes over a few hours
I once lost 22 lbs during a hockey tournament & regained 14 within 12 hours
after it ended ... of course no one believed me
Last year, I went from 160 to 184, and not one girl I knew even noticed a difference
Which is why you should never use women as witnesses (jk)
Once I started drinking beer again, my weight seemed to gravitate to 175
and stopped fluctuating rapidly
which only proves one thing.....
beer is nutritious

I got a muscle strain in my throwing arm from baseball/weight-lifting.
That means I'll only able to do cardio/leg exercises for the next few days. That bites.
