Just heard on Sportsnet that Minnesota is wooing Naslund and Morrison. Think they'd bring in Bert as well?

Seriously, why do you fail to acknowledge the existence of one? The two teams freaking hate each other to the point of deliberately injuring top players.

I've never denied its existence, particularly from the Minnesota side -- I've just never understood why it blossomed into such a big deal so quickly (it was well before the Öhlund slash) when similar stuff to Bertuzzi's comment happens all the time in hockey. I'm by no means alone in this. Other Canuck fans have expressed bewilderment at it on this very board. And when the Minnesota media was doing their boxing-style promotions for the game after the Öhlund slash, the Vancouver media was likewise wondering the same thing.
And the point is that it would be weird for this reason if several prominent ex-Canucks landed in Minnesota. That was simply the comment I made.
