well its a race that they conduct out here and in other states. You do 3 miles on the bike and 3 miles running with obstacles in between. You alternate with a buddy between biking and running switching at the obstacles. It was a great time except for that mud in my contacts. A learning experience for next year definitely.
I think my highlight was riding by Ken yelling hurry up FAT BOY!
