You know, you'd think someone with the last name Cox would be a little more understanding.
This is the most embarassing article about pretty much anything you're ever going to read. It makes you wonder if Cox ever was a teenager.

If I'm not mistaken, Paris consented to the release and makes profits off of it. What she didn't like in Toronto, I think, was the advertising they were doing for it.
I'm not actually sure, though. She's not the one who made the video to my understanding (the dude did), but there are privacy rights in addition to copyright which have to be considered. To me, that means she has to consent.

Tlusty's "friendliness" targeted by blogger via Facebook
The original photo alluded to here at the beginning of the thread (not his nude shot) was accessible through his Facebook account. The celebrity blogger, or one of Tlusty's 1065 "friends", just copied it and ran it on his site. This lead to the eventual coup of the nude shot when it suddenly became cool to have the world see 'scandalous' pictures of a 19 year old Maple Leafs rookie.
