I like it, I might actually watch the Rask-Fergie fight to the death. Steve Simmons will be using his special torches for that game.

Oh man this is awesome!!!!!! Laughing

1) Leaf blew a lead as they normally do
2) Rask beat the team that traded him & never so much as played him in a game.
3) The guy Rask was traded for sat on the bench
4) Fergusson looks like even more of a dickhead than he did back on November 19th.

Awesome work Bruins! May the Force be with you & New England gets another championship come June!

(ok, that may be a bit far-fetched, but would be cool nonetheless given how well the Pats & Celtics are doing!)

Ok - in all fairness, I shouldn't single Fergusson out. Afterall, any one of us would not turn down a GM job if we were offered one either. It's his upper management who are the true dickhead, 'cause they don't know the 1st thing about the game.

Pre-salary cap era, the Toronto Maple Leafs had a limitless pocketbook - they're the NY Yankees of hockey & money was not an object, yet they still couldn't bring a championship to Toronto.

While I'm at it, I'm really not sold on Maurice either - Quinn is a much better coach, no question.

I don't know if Maurice is a bad coach or if the team is just giving up on him.

He's always struck me as a decent coach who knows the game and gets the most out of his players.

Oh yes you can. You can still blame him for the Raycroft trade. It was stupid then, and even though one game does not prove that a trade was a mistake, it's still stupid now.
