3 game losing streak, well on their way to going 0-4 on this road swing.

Gotta give props to Sakic though, it was as if he did everything he could and then some to try and win this game all on his own, to try and spark the team into some sense of desperation. He made two amazing defensive plays (one on a Lombardi breakaway, never an easy task), throwing checks, making plays, taking shots...if this was the Joe Sakic of about 6 years ago he very well may have pulled it off.

Despite the fact that the Avs controlled the play very well in the offensive zone, they just couldn't get it past Kipper, and their power play has been plain anemic.

I am officially calling for a trade of some sort. Not in the vein of trades past, but something needs to be done to shake this team up, as it's comprised it's just not good enough, especially on defense.
