Ricky Williams has been reinstated. Sadly, he's 30 and probably not able to play at a high-level anymore. _________________ John McCain is fit as a fiddle… Is 71 the new 30?” - Fox News' Rich Lowry

week 11 early looks
tough week as always
two gamer
Tbay -2.5 @ Atl - this has sucker bet or trap bet written all over it caz thats too good to be true. I dont know why Atl is almost at pick um with the div leaders , caz they beat Vinny and the Panthers? ... Bucs by a FG.
NE -15.5 @ Buf : Im drinking the koolaid , 2TDs+ is alot of points in any league , in any sport but NE seem to cover ALSO Buf has no Marshan Lynch , and make no mistake there is a HUGE dropoff from Lynch to Anthony THomas , old no.1 RB from 5 years ago. Pats by 21+ * dont forget Don Shula revived the fire by saying the Pats should have an asterisk for their scandal.
Im looking at:
Cleve -2.5 @ Balt : Cleve is underrated but Balt sucks donkeys..they really do. Twice this season Cinci's D has shutdown Balt's offence and thats pretty bad. Clee by aFG
Arizona +3.5 @ Cinci : Cinci is a bad team , but Zona is inconsistant .. if the good ZOna team shows up , they win easily. Take the 3.
Chi +5.5 @ seattle : This is a crucial game for both teams , more so for the bears. Must win for them. Dont get fooled by that win over SF ..Seattle is still on shaky grounds. Take +5.5
*EDIT adding a new one
Rams -2.5 @ SF - Trent Dildo is in ... that is all you need to know. Though part of me is like , Im betting on a 1-8 team , dude!!!
and a CFL special
Riders +7.5 @ BC - itll be close , BC by a TD+ is too much , I think its a FG win for someone.
In the end , go opposite of my picks. |

| btw , I have to hand it to the Dawg Pound , and they are scattered around everywhere , but the Browns are the most entertaining team to watch in the NFL. Every game they play is a nail biter.. and yesterday's was crazy...absolutely crazy. I never seen anything like that ending before. |

I have personally attended a Brown's game in Cleveland and have witnessed the Dawg Pound up close and personal like. They are an extremely intense bunch with an absolute and undying devotion to their team. Art Modell and anything resembling a Pittsburgh Steeler's fan would be wise to stay out of there if they value their beings. _________________ "The greatest victory a man can win is victory over himself."

That FG was crazy at the end...I'm thinking Billick is gonna protest
it was obviously good from replay, but the announcers seemed certain it wasn't subject to review (which in itself is crazy)
Jets knock off Pittsburgh, wtf happened there?
Cards & Rams come through for me again. I had 2 wrong going into tonight, against a lady who had only 1 wrong. She had Tenessee, and I had Denver.
Unfortunately, the total points is the tie breaker .... I picked 26, which was beat by halftime. She had 31 I think.... first time I've been that far off on the MNF points. _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

The Browns might be the people's team this year. Im rooting for them to make the playoffs. If Derek Anderson keeps this up , how do they bench him or let him go next year for Brady Quinn. This is like the Chargers and Drew Brees-Phillip Rivers all over again. Maybe they'll use and develope Quinn like GBy with Rodgers.
I am so rooting for a Browns v Broncos playoff game. |

I wonder what the odds of that Dolphins/Patriots game are going to be, especially if Miami is 0-14 and New England is 14-0. The Dolphins have ended a lot of team's undefeated seasons in the past, taking pride in having historically the only perfect season. It'd just be fitting if they pulled the miracle upset in that one. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. But what the hell can I say? well , NE is -21 vs Phi and Phi just beat Mia. Just to give a teaser of what it might be. They could make it -35 and there would be a strong public play on them to cover.
btw I cant stand the '72 Fish alumni. Though I was rooting for them in '85 when they beat the Bears to disrupt their perfect season. |

I've been thinking about that, and it occurs to me to make that game more interesting and meaningful...
the Pats should play the actual '72 Dolphins in week 15
I've seen commercials with with their allumn saying "c'mon over, bring it, we're waiting ,etc....seems like they want to personally defend their record so let them .... they may actually give New England a better game
Luvah, if the Browns develop Quinn the way the Pack is developing Rodgers
poor kid will be retiring before he gets a start
no way in hell can they let Anderson walk, so they're in a situation for sure
It's not a bad one though...
They could choose to franchise Anderson, but he's restricted not UFA
No need to go to that extreme
I see them offering him a qualifying tender, and if someone scoops him they'll get some draft picks for him at the least
That way they don't have to pay him in the top 5 salary for QBs while keeping Quinn's spot warm for him
By the way, I notice you've done very well since our trade _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

I dont know how I beat the necrophiliacs .... thats two 1 pt wins for me in three weeks. Too close.
Aaron Rodgers has been there for awhile hasnt he. I wonder if he has a secret 'I hate Favre' shrine in his house.
I've become a big Derek Anderson fan ,and Im still not a Brady Quinn fan , i think he has "bust" written all over him. |

I almost forgot its the fake thanksgiving ( Im kiddin) , my early looks for tomorrow
nyj@ Dal -13.5 : Big spread but I think Dal can cover. Nyj dont have the talent to recover a short week after a big win over Pitsburgh. Let down too.
indy@Atl+11.5 : Indy is clearly in that just get the W mode. With all their injuries they arent as dynamic at this point. 10+ pts for a homedog for a primetime game , its Atlanta's superbowl or turkeybowl.
gby@Det+3.5 : I dont how the Lions become the thanksgiving classic icon bt that means they know how to play the short week , homedogs and div rivals ...and for the playoffs. Det will be ready and even if they lose it will be close. FG+ too much for the Turkey classic. |

What no gloating about a 1-8 team coming through for ya? I've got a 2-8 team this week
Indy smokes Atlanta, they're pissed that they're not 10-0. I like Detroit to cover too, but Green Bay is making mincemeat of them last I checked. Jets Cowboys is a sucker bet to me even with the spread - Romo is putting up all those points but still... |

Gby 34-9 in the 4th... I should've known better to pick the Lions. God they kill me everytime.
Im not going to brag picking on Trent Dildo .. anyone can beat the 49ers right now. Though SF almost pulled off a miracle , that was an easy pick. |

WHy dont I ever learn. Do not bet on Lions or Joey Harrington.
my looks for the rest of the week... tough week caz its damn fugly
buf @ Jack-7.5 : Buf is banged up and Jack is heating up. TD plus is alot for Jags but I think they can smell the wildcard and the trendy thing this season is to demolish opponents so ...Jags -7.5
NO@Car+2.5 : Did I not just lose with Harrington and Im going with old man Vinny.. Im playing the odds. Panthers are 0-7 at home , they havent won a home ame in a calender year...this has to end... doesnt it? Panthers +2.5 *gulp*
Ten -1.5@Cinci : Ten lost 2 in a row but Cinci just stinks. Ten is also a hungry team right on the cusp of the wildcard. Titans -1.5
phi @NE-22.5 : 3TDs PLUS and Im picking them. Mcnabb is banged up and is Westbrook. If they dont play or play hurt , they cant score 10 pts on NE , and NE will easily put up 35+ on Philly. I am drinking the koolaid. NE -22.5 |

there ya go , the curse is back
There were a few great games esp the afternoon schedule , holy crap that was awesome. A few stinkers including the Bungals , who were kicking the ass this time
Broncos bears game , happening at the same time as the Grey CUp...holy crap thats crazy game.
49ers and Cards... thanks Dildo , the Cards blew a 4 pt lead with 2 minutes to go , tie it up with no time and then miss a 25 yd chip shot for Neil Rackers in OT and fumble the losing TD ... holy crap.
The Hawks have a classic battle vs the Rams , Rams 1st and goal with 20 seconds to go in the game and the Hawks stood them up. Unbelievable. Though Patrick Kerney knocked Bulger out again |
