dude , if I had boobs I would show them to you and even let you touch them.

Laughing The only reason it wasn't working when I posted it the first time is because I copied the link off an HFBoards page, but when URLs are long there, they abridge them by putting a "..." in the middle, so the browser was trying to open a page with that in the middle of the address.

Warning, though: the Minnesota broadcasters are ridiculous homers. To the point where I actually think Mike Haynes might be better.

Holy shit...

Well if the price we paid to see the Canucks win this game, revitalize Näslund, and make Boogaard look like a fucking moron (how does he like Pinky and the Brain now?) was "looking past" the Oilers, I think I'll take it!

I only saw half the game thanks to the ESPN 360 link, but thoroughly enjoyed watching the Canucks stick it to the Wild in the only place it matters.

I believe Curtis Sanford has still never lost a regulation game where the Vancouver Canucks are playing, is that correct? Laughing

Man, those Wild announcers are fucking annoying. It was actually embarrassing for a locale with a very hockey-rich history; they're not new to the game, and don't need that kind of high school broadcast. We get it: Vancouver is evil and all its residents will burn in eternal hellfire. (And apparently it was only our mean media who has criticized Lemaire hockey... we so bad). And they wouldn't shut the fuck up about Sean fucking Hill!

And how about MARKUS NÄSLUND??? He's on a goal-scoring tear of Jeff Cowan-like proportions! Laughing If the worst that can be said about him is that he needs good linemates to produce, well, I can give him that.

First place baby! On only a few hours' rest, too.

I only caught the last half too thanks to J's link

it was shockingly a entertaining game with its flow. I thought for sure the Canucks would run out of gas in the 3rd period or at least play for the OT... they had giddyup in their legs and Naslund looked like vintage Naslund circa 2003. Pin point shots , and dipping and diving with his agility.

Seems like Vigneault is putting his juggling act on the back burner for now , he hasnt touched the lines much either.

I think Sanford is almost perfect when the Canucks play. The only players to beat sanford are Rck Nash and Gaborik , albiet in only two games but nonetheless.

As I mentioned before , I have no complaints about Weaver or anybody on the D ... Edler and Krajicek look steady and solid , esp Edler , he's making somebody tradebait if not this deadline, this summer. Bourdon is still playing well too. Love this D , love the depth , love the youth and balance.

and oh yeah the goaltending is awesome too.

WIth all that being said.. I just laid the jinx on it all! here comes a 5 game losing streak!

I almost wish I could have listened to the Wild feed.....the Canucks PPV was it's normal shitty quality - does Kirk McLean have a personality? add to the fact that Shorty and Tom worked for a while with only one headset....

Anyways, great to see them pull this out after playing the night before. What a way to wrap up the 8 games against the division. It's great seeing Naslund play like that again. The best part isn't just that he's scoring though. Early in the season he got a few tap-ins and weak goals, lately he's taking his wrist shot and scoring high - like old times.

I dont even remember the last time Naslund had 2+ goals in a game, and dont remember the last time Naslund scored with his wrist shot top shelf. Its been so long.

The Sedins-Naslund combo never impressed me much going back ot last season but this season they have caught my attention of late. THey are really starting to click and get into a groove.

Who gave Keith Tkachuk a ticket? Laughing

I like the guy on the left -- Wild jersey, but North Star hat. Good on him!

oddly Minny picked up Todd Fedoruk off waivers. I read and heard Lemaire and Risebrough werent not happy with Boogard having his words through the media. Maybe they saw how ineffective a freakish superheavyweight is vs Vancouver , they needed someone a little normal in size to start a fight

Well, the GDT never should have been in the Vancouver forum in the first place, but I left a shadow there so that people wouldn't think it had just vanished.

Left the shadow for the St. Louis GDT as well.

Think of it like one of those "secret passages" in the corners of the "Clue" game board. One little step and, what the hell, you're across the board!
