Seriously. It's flarking cold outside. I need to step out in an hour or two, but I'd rather not.

Also, Sufjan Stevens came up in my random iTunes list, and now the thought of winter is really depressing, over a banjo and muted horn section backdrop. I think I'm going to cry, or make coco.

As for the Slugs/Habitants game, we're meeting them at a bad time. Anything less than 3 points in the home-an-home will be a failure.

Drew Stafford is hurt. God damit.

Lindy will have to move lines around. Lines that were really playing well together.

Awesome! But unforutnately that means there will be no opposing viewpoints in the thread here.

Have fun, though!

Well... on the bright side, I'm sure Patty and Chuck enjoyed that game.

So many sad Habs fans in my arena. Thank you all for pumping cash into my city then leaving quietly.

Wow. That officiating was horrendous.

By my count, only two goals should've happened. We had a 1-1 tie blow into a 4-2 Buffalo win.

Botched offside calls, pucks getting knocked down with high sticks, obvious non-tripping calls (the puck was clearly touched first), and Koivu inadvertently running over Miller on Higgins' goal. Hell, even the EN goal was the result of a missed Afinogenov trip.

Montreal blew it in the first, though. Buffalo was taking lazy penalty after lazy penalty and our PP stunk big time. That 4 minute PP didn't generate one scoring chance. The guys didn't initiate at all.

I'm not sure if either team deserved to win, this was a pretty even game that started very sloppy and tenative on both sides. Miller made a couple of more saves than Price in the end.

Markov sure had me scared early.

Yeah, we had our chances in the second, and we couldn't finish.

Everyone in Montreal is going ape about the bad call on Komisarek on Derek Louganis in the third. Roy is talented, but he's constantly chirping and whining. Hate that guy.

Carbo had some choice words for the refs after the game, might get a fine.

We affectionately refer to Roy as "Denise." I personally call him douchebag. He's an ass. I too wish he would just shut the fuck up and play. He had gotten better about the whining but he's seems to be reverting.
