Smyth ends his slump with two goals, one in which he lost his helmet shortly before scoring, in a much-needed road win against the Kings.
Sakic sat this one out with a groin injury, so Smyth was on a line with Stastny and Hejduk. T.J. Hensick scored his first NHL goal on the breakaway. |
