Feel free to gush over your favorite team's prospects on here.
It'll be a tough lineup to crack, particularily in goal and on D, for any player that wasn't on the Super Series lineup this past summer. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. I'm wondering why Couture was left off of the roster.
Brendan Smith invited? Nice
I've heard Emmerton has not been having a great year. Meanwhile, Shawn Mattias, the almost-off-the-radar prospect that we dealt for Fat Bert, is ripping up the OHL. _________________ Bring back the old OTP!

Apparently Gagner and Perron still might be made available to play, as their organizations haven't replied yet to Hockey Canada. Toews, J. Staal, Lucic, and Sheppard are already off the list as their organization's said "thanks, but no thanks" to Hockey Canada's invite.
Anyways, P.K. Subban is already a fan favourite in Montreal as far as prospects can be fan favourites. He's cocky and a media darling, gives great quotes. He's a very skilled puckmover and though it appears unlikely for him to make it based on the depth of the Canadian blueline, he'll make it hard for them to cut him. He's much more likely a 2009 candidate than this year.
Ryan White is a slower skater, but a gritty forward who has put up big numbers since being drafted. In some respects, that's not unlike Chipchura, but he has had some people question his attitude so we'll see. He was actually projected as a possible first rounder in 2006, but fell to the 3rd round. He'll only make the team as a grinder, so he has to be well liked. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. But what the hell can I say?
