| Sorry, not buying this. I'm the last to defend Crow or the Tuzer loser, but if Crawford were involved it wouldn't be that way. What, quickly erase if as soon as the hit is carried out? And c'mon, your stud winger is gonna take it upon himself to do the revenge exacting? Bertuzzi's problem while in this town was being the leader of a prima donna clique that included Markus Naslund and Brendan Morrison. No way in hell does he take one for God and countryman... |

The Punished: The Steve Moore Story (I hope the pics show) directed by Meathead Rob Reiner
Steve Moore played by Tom Cruise and in the movie version he acts as his own attorney because he's from a single parent gheto family up against a corporation and silver spooned primadonna
and when he calls Coach Crawford to the stand played by Jack Nicholson , he grills him " DID YOU ORDER "THE CODE RED"!?!?!?!?"
Crawford:... you little snot nosed punk. you want the truth?... |

just because a coach says someone has to "pay a price", doesn't mean he's encouraging his team to cripple him
how many times has that term been casually thrown around anyways
it means everything from taking hits to get to the front of the net, to delivering hits to people who routinely camp there _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

| He could just as easily have said "that Moore guy is taking liberties with our guys again". Message sent, Crawford clean as a whistle... |

Yeah, it's a hockey cliché to be sure, and for that reason it's not really a revolutionary finding. However, it's something you normally say about your own players (in regards to the things you mention), so it is a little abnormal when applied to a fourth-liner on the other team. _________________

dont mind the cameo appearance by Kevin Bacon in a military officers uniform. I have no idea why he's standing up behind Steve Moore in this scene .. I think Kevin Bacon jumped the gun on the slow clap , he was suppose to slow clap Cruise after his emotional closing arguements that involved saving orphins and a random shoutout to the heros of 9/11 , the NYPD and FDNY. |
