I thought about putting up a bunch of hockey shit, but as my Dad said "This is your home, and this is your living room, not student housing"  So I have some Wings shit and my giant Zeppelin poster up in my bedroom. I do have a framed Stevey Y picture in the living room though. Damn I can't wait to get the big screen, though I'll miss the dual monitors sometimes.

Bosc....quickly.....establish a man's room.............In the event you find a suitable partner those Red Wings and Zep posters will no longer be acceptable in the bedroom.

If a suitable partner moves in, the man's room may have to wait seeing as how my condo consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a kitchen and a bathroom But not to sorry, the Red Wings aspect will not be fucked with. Neither will the Roger Dean art on the walls!
My girlfriend has had dreams for the past week of interior decorating my place  However, I do agree with the colours that she's thinking. I don't know if/when I'll paint the place though. I'm buying that damn big screen first. I'd almost rather replace the shitty ass laminate flooring first before painting the place.

I couldn't squeeze the PC in the shot (which has glowing lights attached to it), but you get the idea. Sometimes I hook up the PC to the monitor, although I need a new wireless keyboard. I just donated most of my games to the Xmas drive, so that's about a quarter of what I had about 3 weeks ago. I also have 50 Dreamcast games stashed in the TV stand.
BTW, the artificial fireplace was only 100 bucks at Reno Depot and it keeps the room extra warm.

Nah, I'm usually staying at her place. I think I've crashed at my place 4 or 5 times max in the last 3 weeks.
She doesn't own her place. She's still in school, so she's renting. Her place happens to be 2 seconds from campus, a 15 minute walk from work for me in the morning(which I like better than riding the Subway), and it's over an hour travelling time total and $5 a trip for her so it's just easier for me to crash there.
If we do move in together eventually, we may have to get a bigger place, if not immediately then a bit later. A place big enough to have a full out man room. I'd like to keep this one and rent it out, but that may or may not be possible if I don't have much saved for another downpayment and I need to use the equity that I have in this place for it.

Damn, I can't decide if I want 120Mhz refresh(was told this was beneficial for watching moves and tv-which I'll only be doing from my comp for now so I'm not sure if it'll work the same), 1080p(which I'm not sure if I even need based on my viewing distance), or both and get a 32" instead of a 40".

Oh yeah, seeing as how it's my place and I'm the only one living there, it's still going to be my place. She thought of a couple of paint colours for the living room and the bathroom that I actually agree with, but I'd rather leave the walls white for now and re-do the floors with my Dad first.
