Nice job shitbags with a 6-1 loss to the Rags. Lundqvist wasn't even in the net, he didn't have to be against this farce of a team. 5 fing PP goals the Rags score. I didn't even watch this abomination after mid second period. No way are you going to win a game with 12 penalties and 6 of those in one period. Morons.......

We should also include Maurice in this thread. He scratched Wellwood tonight to send a message. Hello ass clown youve lost 6 out of 7 and scratch one of the only limited playmakers on your team Idea . Then we have to rely on Clemmenson in goal. Its like the Mike Murphy years all over again. Mad

I guess that I should add that I can't even subject myself to this debacle because @#$$# Dish network Center Ice is not showing the game even though their @#@#$$ Center Ice Extra channel lists it on channel 559 which apparently is the gay NBA League Pass channel. The dish online guide sucks so who knows. Maybe this is a good thing.

I hear you dude - I was looking forward to tonight's contest & it's not even televised on Centre Ice, despite the $150- we ponied up. They also shot us down on a Leafs game last week as well.

I would gamble on Clemmenson being the better of the goalies right now. Raycroft should be in the minors.

I'm also glad to hear Wellwood has been scratched. He was quite the playmaker before but has been close to invisible on the ice. I think he has 2 pts in the past 10+ games or so?

Maurice does seem to have puzzling line combos though. Tucker & Sundin seems to mesh well early last season; why not give that I shot? Or have Wellwood on Sundin's RW?

Honestly, I don't like this team too much right now. Belak is cool. As is Tucker, White, Kaberle, Sundin & Colaiacovotroslov (on the rare occassion he plays). Blake gets a free pass in my book. The guy has leukemia - it's not wonder his game would lose some jump; I admire him for continuing his passion. As far as the rest of the dudes on the Leafs? They're all just wads ... devoid of any character.

How has Raycroft still not been waived, do they still think he can offer some value?

Likely just don't want to rubber stamp how bad that move worked out.

Here I was thinking that move worked out fairly well. My mistake...

I suppose I shouldn't remind y'alls that Toronto was the first team to trade Boyes away in the first place. Nope, probably shouldn't.

Well I think that's just it - Fergusson is trying to hang onto his job & won't fess up to his mistake by putting Raycroft on waivers. There's a CHANCE he could be picked up ion re-entry waivers & the Leafs would therefore only be on the hook for 1/2 of his salary whereas Los Angeles or Tampa Bay would pick up the other half.

Unfortunately, I don't think he's shown any other team he would be an upgrade over there current situation.

The guy clearly needs a change of scenery though.

Of course. I don't imagine that the scenery would change much moving from Toronto to Toronto.

Wideman is logging 30 minutes a game. As much as I liked Brad Boyes his two way game left something to be desired. I'd take Boyes back, but as much as I hated Wideman originally, he's really grown on me...

Excellent. A 5-0 loss to the Ducks; were not even in the game.

That 3rd overall (or better) draft pick is looking damn good!

Keep up the work Toronto - this is the only way things will improve next season!

GO KINGS!!!!!!!!!!!

I better start making more of an effort to get out and see Alex Pietrangelo play given that he is in town here and looks to go right around where the Leafs and there future GM look to be picking.
