I don't know anything about this website, so I don't know how relibable this is. It says it was reported by the Chicago Tribune but I couldn't find it.

The party line is that they are negotiating his contract. They been saying that for months. Part of me says if they're going to lose him any way, trade him soon. But in reality if he goea at all I'm going to be pissed.

You mean like the way they were negotiating with Briere and Drury? From what I've been hearing about the alleged Campbell contract talks (which have amounted to no more than a tire kicking), he has one foot out the door I'm afraid.

Yeah I read that Buffalo could have had him last summer for 5 years, 25 million and decided not to do it?

What a bunch of crap.
Brian Campbell isn't responsible for negotiating his contract. That is his agent's job.
Either way he should be focusing 100% on hockey.
Maybe his agent is going to focus on hockey too?  |
