I would assume as strictly a depth move for a 3rd round pick to the island....wasn't this guy supposed to be good?

| He was great offensively at the end of last season when he came over from Edmonton, especially on the PP. Even this year he's got 8 goals on the power play even though he's been a scratch a lot. Do the Ducks need a PP specialist who can't play much D? Seems weird you think they'd be all set on the PP with Nieds, Schneider and Pronger. |
