Wow...that's REALLY crappy timing. They need him more than ever.
I'm guessing this will send any potential rumors surrounding the trading of Jeff Carter through the roof. Incidentally how is he doing this year, I haven't heard much about him good or bad...? |

As if the Flyers weren't in enough trouble already. These 3 weeks without Richards could be the difference between playoffs and no playoffs.
I can't see Holmgren going after a Hossa-type anymore, but he'll probably add a couple of Sillinger-types and hope he backs into the playoffs.
