1-0 badguys half way through the second.
Parise got the single goal, although an assist should go to the devil who charged into the blue paint and knocked down the goalie.
The officiating is horrible for both sides, everywhere. Kubina and McCabe both got 2 minute penalties because their jersy's brushed against the players blowing by them.
Brodeur is really good at playing hockey.
The good thing about being out of realistic playoff contention is that every game is fun. When we win, it is fun because we won, and when we lose, it is fun because we are getting closer to a top-5 pick.
The loser point still sucks, though.

Toskela had the puck, is knocked over in the blue paint, and the loose puck is banged in.
2-1 badguys final.
I am going to be honest; I am a die-hard leafs fan, I see hockey through blue-and-white glasses, no other way. But how either of the Jersey goals were not called goaltender interferance is beyond me.
At least I have the consolation of thinking about the draft pick...

I totally agree. I just saw the first goal and it was even worse than the final goal. You can't knock the goalie over to score a goal.

I agree too Gecko,HNIC was questioning how those goals counted and the one in the LA game was disallowed  The zebras in this league are bush league at best It is time for Video replay on all disputed goals and or nongoals. |

Antropov and Blake getaway with it all the time so I'm okay with the goals.
