This prestigious tournament runs from March 31st to April 6th in Luxembourg. It appears it is strictly a round robin tournament. What's at stake? Advancement to the Division 2b World Championships next year. The Division 2b's run this year in the hockey hotbed of Newcastle, Australia.
So who will win this tournament? New Zealand won it last year, and are competing in Australia this year as a result.
The participants include hosts Luxembourg, Greece, South Africa, North Korea, Turkey, and Mongolia.

Greece isn't even ranked.  Looks like Turkey are the favorites.
