Hmm... since the Juniors forum is now my territory, I might as well talk about junior hockey.

Well, I've been to two Blades games this year. Both, they lost. They're the only two they've lost at home so far. I think they're 3-5-1 overall now. Anyways, went to the game on Tuesday vs. Prince George. Here's some notes:

- Blades kicked ass in the first, fell apart after taking bad penalty after bad penalty.
- Prince George is not very good, but Ty Wishart would be a standout on any junior team. He just needs to fill out his frame a bit, he looks somewhat lanky.
- Colton Gilles did not hit anyone from behind. He had a couple of opportunities, and I was expecting him to follow through. Maybe the Wild taught him something about self-discipline. Of course, they could not teach him offensive instincts.
- Braden Holtby has a nice butterfly and pretty good athleticism. Really, he's the Blades best hope this year and the next 2 years to build for a run.
- Klotz was invisible, which is actually a good thing. He's terrible. How he got drafted is beyond me... he's huge but doesn't fight very much.
