"Cloudy with snow. Temps nearly steady in the low to mid 30s. Winds N at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of snow 80%. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph."

Which is why Buffalo seems such an odd choice to try and play outdoors.
What kinda window do they have to do the game in and how does it affect TV?
